Mirkaaz, the recently launched shopping destination in Ajman, will feature a touch of Arabic tradition with an old souk sitting alongside modern multinational chain stores, it has been revealed.

The $136 million Mirkaaz, a project by Ajman Holding, is expected to attract more than 10 million visitors a year after it opens in late 2019.

Mirkaaz, a traditional Arabic word describing a meeting place for opinion leaders, friends and family, will feature a special section that is designed in old market style, a statement said.
