    To update your password:

    1. Sign in to your Ajmanproperties agent account.
    2. Click on the top-right icon.
    3. Click on ‘Settings’.
    4. Scroll to the middle of the page, where you will see the option to update your password.
    5. Type in your old password to verify it’s you wanting to make this change.
    6. Select a new password.
    7. Click ‘Update Settings’ at the bottom of the page to ensure all changes are saved.

    If you need to reset your password and can’t log in to your account:

    1. Go to ajmanproperties.ae and click ‘Sign In’ in the top-right corner.
    2. At the bottom of the popup, where it says ‘already a member click ‘Sign In’.
    3. Near the bottom of the page, click ‘Forgot Password?’.
    4. Enter your email in the field, and a new password link will be sent to you.

    To add a headshot to your Agent Profile and your listings you need to upgrade your account to Premier Agent. Contact [email protected] to become a Premier Agent.

    If you are already a Premier Agent and you want to update your profile picture, email your request and new headshot to [email protected], and we’ll take care of it.

    To have an agent’s name removed from your agency’s listings, you will need to manage this through your ajmanproperties.ae uploader account.

    If you have rebranded your franchise, agency or office let us know at [email protected]. Please supply the details of your new office name, logo, headshot, and revised contact details, and we will update your profile/s.

  • Agent admin

    To reply to your Agent Reviews:

    1. Go to your agent profile.
    2. Open ‘My Agent Reviews’.
    3. ‘Comment’ and type your response.
    4. Hit ‘Post comment’ and your reply will be published.

    To report a review hit the ‘Report’ button on the specific review within the ‘My Agent Reviews’ section of your profile to notify our Customer Support Team.

    Alternatively, reply to the new review notification email from ajmanproperties or get in touch with [email protected] to report a review to be removed.

    To modify your notifications open ‘Settings’ under the top-right icon. Here you can manage your ‘Community’ and ‘Agent’ notifications
    If you’re a Premier Agent or Agency, you can link to your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages via the top-right icon, under ‘Settings’ and ‘Agent Settings’. Add the unique URLs to your social media accounts and hit ‘Update Settings’ to save changes. Your Agent Profile will now link out to your personal social media pages via the icons at the bottom of your profile housed under ‘Contact Details’.

    To update or add additional areas to your service locations email [email protected] your request with a list of suburbs and we’ll update the service locations on your profile for you.

    Basic profiles can receive one service location and Premier Agents and Agencies can add up to 10 service locations.

    Suppose you receive an unfounded, untrue, or defamatory Agent Review. In that case, you have the opportunity to report it to us before it is published on our site to have the review removed.

    It is the process of documenting the sale transaction between the parties of the contract (the seller and the buyer) or their legal representative(s). In this documentation, the ownership of the real estate or the title deed of the sold real estate unit is evidenced as being transferred from the Seller to the Buyer.

    • Original Title Deed and a site plan.

    • Proof of identity of the seller and the buyer or the legal representative of the seller.

    • Clearance certificate from the Sewerage Authority.

    • Memorandum of Association and the Trade License for the establishments and companies.

    • 2% of the value of the real estate unit to be borne by the buyer.

    • 2% of the value of the real estate with a minimum of AED2,500.00 for registering a real estate by virtue of a judicial verdict.

    • AED1,500 for registering a real estate unit for the governmental and semi-governmental housing programs.

    • AED200.00 for a Power of Attorney for relatives of the First and Second Degrees in the event of sale, AED1,000.00 in the event of sale to the same Agent, and 2% of the value of the real estate in the event of sale by virtue of a Power of Attorney to others or 3% in the event of repeating the Power of Attorney, and is to be borne by the buyer.

    • AED2,000.00 registering the real estate sold through the public auction organized by the office.

    • AED1,500.00registering the real estate sold through a public auction organized by the department.

    • AED350.00 fees for issuing of the certificate or title deed.

    If you are planning to move to Ajman, one of the Prime tasks is activating your electricity and water service. Fortunately, the process to set up a new FEWA connection is simple and affordable. Following are the steps to activate your Connection.

    • Register your account on the official FEWA website
    • Under the ‘Services’ tab, select Customer in the ‘E-services’ section
    • Choose New Consumer Service Activation
    • Fill out the online application form and attach the required documents

    You will receive approval for your application within 24 hours, and your electricity and water will be activated within another 24 hours.

    You will also have six days after the approval of your application to pay your deposit online. For those who want to know ‘How much is the FEWA deposit’, this amount will either be AED 1,500 or AED 2,000.

    However, there is no service activation cost when applying online. The service is completely free.

    Getting the Trade Name and Business Activity Approval is the first step of the company formation process in UAE. In the Free Zones, the governing authority will be the specific Free Zone Organization. Similarly, in the Mainland of UAE, it is the Department of Economic Development of the respective Emirate.

    COMPANY INCORPORATION & LICENSE

The company will also be eligible to apply for employment visas (2 years renewable) depending on the visa allocation. The company owners have to go through a Medical Test and process their Emirates IDs to complete the UAE Residence procedures.

    As the investor receives the company documents, UAE residence visa, and Emirates ID, they can proceed to open a personal and corporate bank account for the company to initiate the trade operations.
